PV - Pflegeversicherung

Hi, I received private UK insurance (which gives me full coverage here in Germany) but I have been told by my employer that I need to have PV as well (I guess its like old persons nursing care insurance)

I heard I can get it stand alone, but I need to go to a private german health insurance provider.. someone recommend a cheap one.. It doesnt have to be good as I really dont expect to be growing old and dying in Germany (maybe another 5-10 years here or so)
