Camping places with lots of activities for kids

I am looking for a Family Camping place, where if possible you can also rent a tent or a caravan (you don't have to take your own, but its already set up for you). But the most important thing is LOTS and LOTS of activities/programmes for children. Has anyone been to a camp like this? In south Germany or Austria.
Also, should we find one, would anyone be interested in joining us to such a camping place in the summer?

Perhaps. I am trying to set up an explorers group and camping is one of the activites that we will be doing. However, part of the fun is setting up your own tent. Father and son get-togethers - any interest?

Am taking the kids for an overnight camp on Saturday hopefully. I have read all the camping threads and looked at a few websites...does any have a personal recommendation of anywhere great they have been to within 100kms of Munich? Somewhere the kids can hopefully run around a bit with a good playground. Thanks!

I´d be interested in camping with a small group and their kids, but do not fit into the category of "Father and son" - how about "singles and kids" as a group title???
