Making friends via TT

Everyone here was once a newbie. Now that your older in TT 'years', who was your first TT friend? What is the status of your friendship and what is the cause of the status?

I was friends with some people from TT before I joined TT, so my first real TT friend would have to be Eleanor Rigby, we hang out drink, laugh at her boyfriend who tries to blame me for letting him get so drunk, and talk about home - we are both Canadians. But as I attend more events like Curry night and such, I meet more and more people, that are now part of my circle of friends outside of TT.

My first TT friend was Fred (kaiserf). The second was bluedave. Love them both. [attachment=18831:attachment]

Squeaky was tIhe first non-active TTer I met and Carm the first active TTer. I'm still good friends with both of them, in fact I'll be seeing both of them tonight.

Carm, please don't get my boyfriend get too drunk this time he has to get up tomorrow.
