Laptop computer backpacks, cases, and bags

Hi there,

I am looking for laptop backpacks and the only store I was able to go to was Saturn in TheresienWiese.

You know of somewhere else i can look for sleek Samsonite backpacks?

I am also looking for Tablet PC leather cases like this one: Franklin Covey Universal Leather Case For Tablet PC Computers

If you know good stores to get them, please let me know.

There are loads of places around town, you just have to look. Karlstadt, Kaufhof, and there are lots of suitcase places around town, check them out, they normally have a small selection of computer bags/cases, etc.

There's a dedicated laptop store called "Notebook Center" (I think) on Lindwurmstr. between Sendlinger Tor and Goetheplatz. I walk past it all the time and have seen loads of cases in the window.

for cheaper stuff try:

Hetzenecker on Karlsplatz (Stachus). All sorts of fairly cheap cases and bags.

since my gf just started her new job, I'll promote Targus laptop bags and accessories...you should buy one now *cough*

...but seriously, I got the catalog right here, and they've got freaking everything...also any accessories. You can get'em at Hertie, Karstadt, Kaufhof, and just about anywhere else that sells laptop bags. I had a laptop when I was a freshman in college in the states, and I used a Targus laptop bag there, too...so they're very much global.

I actually own this bag: Samsonite Avior, and I have never used it (never taken out of the box). I would be willing to sell it to you if you're interested - if not it's going on Ebay...

Too bad the Avior is too small for my laptop.

The really interesting backpack and one where my laptop actually fits is the Samsonite SUGO. It's a damn panzer-backpack with a great elegant look!

Down: Ok, it costs around 100eur... and is a bit heavy due to the materials used;

Up: The laptop does not lie on the floor of the backpack. It is held lifted against the back. It stays at around 5 cms from the base! it is made of reinforced Nylon.

The stores you supplied are nice, the most complete one is the Hetzenecker at Karlsplatz.
I was also informed about one called Tommy (tomy, tomi..) at the PerusaStr. I will probably go there when looking for a sleek leather case.
