Thanks Vanessa

Vanessa, First of all, this word does not involve something that is done with contracts. It is a type of contract. I do not know the context, but according to LEO, the financial term "einbringung" means "contribution of assets" or "transfer of assets".
So I am presuming this is an asset transfer contract or an asset contribution contract.

An "Einbringungsvertrag" is in legal terms a contribution agreement, as in: Company 1 is contributing assets and equity to company 2 by way of a contribution agreement See here for an example of such an agreement or contract (where the phrase is used)
So "Abschluß der Einbringungsverträge" is "completion of contribution agreements".
