Business tax lawyers and consultants

Hi All,

Want to establish a registered business firm (GbR or GmbH) in Munich/Germany, It means need to obtain Selbständiger visa from current Aufenthaltserlaubnis visa.

Can anyone please recommend good/aggressive Lawyer/Tax-consultant who can handle the case with IHK (Industriehandelskammer), arbeitsamt and of course Ausländeramt

can you speak German or do they need to speak English?

My German is fair enough to be able to understand, but he must be co-operative. i.e. no bar on language
