A German company has a clause in its contract that enables them to sack staff for unconstructive whinging.

How many people on this forum would be "packing their bags and heading for the hills??" ph34r.gif

Is it a good clause or a bad cause and how many posters would like to see this clause at their company??

BBC News: German firm bans office whingers

QUOTE
"Germany is a country of complainers," says Thomas Kuwatsch.

"Some people complain about everything, the weather, the train is late, the coffee is bad or they whinge about high fuel prices. If you go to India, they're happy if their train arrives at all. We complain about stupid things in Europe."

Something tells me regardless of this clause that they would loose in German Labor court.
