Just a heads up in case any of the Brits here are interested. NS&I's website sort of suggests that you can't invest with them if you aren't resident ("By using this website, which is intended for residents of the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man only, you will be deemed to have confirmed that you are so resident"). It isn't so. You aren't allowed to use the website, but you can fill in dead tree forms and do it that way. How you get the forms is up to you, but I used the website to do it biggrin.gif
