Apparently they had a fire in their server farm or something, and can't get the emergency generator on. Anyone know more about this?
Obviously I'm the only person who cares at all about this!! Or else all the others are still asleep...

Well apparently a cable burned through and then they turned off the mains switch or something. Maybe I'm just being totally naive, but shouldn't they have systems in place to prevent cables from burning through? Like a safety switch?

but in German I was told that they pulled the plug...ummm turned off the power. dunno.
