Translation of a Turkish recipe

A desert-mix called: Pirinc Unu

I know there's a few Turkish-speaking TTers. We bought a Turkish desert-mix called "Pirinc Unu" in Cappadocia a few months ago, but now find that the instructions on how to prepare it are only in Turkish, and it's just a *tad* hard to understand what we are supposed to do. Translation help would be highly appreciated. Here it goes:

"Mix the rice flour (pirinc unu), sugar, finely crushed almonds and coconut flakes in a bowl. Put milk in a pot, add the mixture and place it on the hob. Bring to boil, stirring all the time. After it boils, keep cooking for another 3-4 minutes. Pour into dessert bowls. Add almonds and cinnamon to taste."

You might want to use a non-stick pot and keep an eye on it at all times, since this stuff tends to burn pretty quickly, especially when mixed with milk.

That took all day. Thanks Memo! The suspense was killing me.

Actually, it was supposed to take five minutes, I saw your post almost right away, but the stupid network card died on me. I had to write the same thing three times.

You're welcome guys.
