I know its paddys day, but its also a lovely day and I dont want to sit in a cellar tonight.

Hey Pootle, I just suggested the same thing for the Chinesischer Turm. Great minds think alike...or is it fools seldom differ. Anyway, I think I'd prefer the Englischer Garten for today, but only because I'm not working and will probably go for a long walk beforehand.
