Does any one know if they accept "rechtsschutz" insurance payment?

Can someone explain what is this Rechtschutz insurance? I heard this term today at work and am I right to say that it refers to e.g. engaging lawyers to assist in any lawsuit (against your employer)?? If so, what does it take to have this Rechtschutz?

You probably mean Rechtschutzversicherung (legal insurance) and what you need is a little research. What it takes is you to go somewhere that sells it and buy it. Any insurance agent will sell it to you, but it's worth having a good one but generally be aware that it only covers the 'normal' disputes you get into at work, renting a flat, or out and about on the street driving or cycling. Read the exclusions very carefully.

Rechtschutzversicherung (legal insurance) like many other types of insurance is sometimes built out of "modules" covering various areas.
Its not necessarily true that ALL Rechtschutzversicherung covers battles with your employer - for example that would be a bit pointless for a pensioner!

So (as with all these things) you must verify that you get the cover you require.
