What's the weirdest one you've ever seen?

Yes, you're right; it was CoxBox. For anyone who hasn't seen one. It looks a bit like a classic "James Bond" style bomb - LCD, switches and a few wires. It's even packed in a suspicious-looking black case.

They are used in rowing eights as the boat is quite long and it's hard for everyone to hear what the cox is saying. I have the microphone and the rowers have loadspeakers under their seats. Of course it would be even better if they actually did what I told them, but that's another problem...

What with willies, condoms and cox-boxes we might consider moving the thread to adult chat ... wink.gif

I found what I think to be a diamond in the Ü-Bahn, am having someone check out if it real, was pretty big and scratches glass, so who knows. I may then hand it in then again I may not. blink.gif

I found something odd on the Tram once.
It was the middle of the summer and I was sitting on the tram when I noticed a plastic bag on the seat opposite me. There was no-one around, the bags owner was definately gone. As the stops rolled by, both my certainty that the owner was gone, and my curiosity, grew. Whats in the bag?!
When my stop came I said fuck it, take the damn bag and see whats in it, so I took it.
Just as I was walking away from the tram I saw a friend of mine coming towards me, so I called him and said "I found this bag on the tram."
Of course he asked "Whats in it?" So we looked inside, and what was in it? Hair, lots of black hair with blobs of orangey stuff all over it. I threw it in the nearest bin.

Bet you found it on an escalator.

Many things scratch glass: Cubic Zirconiums, quartz, topaz, rubies, corundum, sandpaper and steel all can scratch glass. Using this as a determinate isn't too accurate. And if the diamond was not cut perfectly it may have some structural imperfections which may cause it to split when pressing against glass.

I think it's time to consult Moh

the other day i stepped out of the tube and there were three bullet cartridges(expended) lying on the floor with everyone just walking around over them. thought about picking them up but then remembered some film where a similar thing happens and the guy ends up being framed for the asassination of a president in Africa...
