After reading this thread again I get the impression that no-one is blaming the kids. Maybe the title should be changed to: Are all German parents inconsiderate?
Or perhaps, "Are some parents inconsiderate regardless of race, creed or nationality?"

Touché, Keydeck, but the thread was started about Germans. I admit that I have seen bad parental behaviour from all sorts of nationalities, just like I've seen things I definitely approve of.

That's fair enough. I suppose since it's in the form of a question it's fine. I'd just answer, no that's silly.
