Outdoor winter activities for toddlers

My son is 19months old, He is just going crazy at home, Can any one suggest me what are the different outdoor activites in Winter for Toddlers.

The Munich Zoo is hands down my favourite place. Also check out the TT Guide for Kids in Munich. Another thread worth a looksee is Rainy Day Activities for er when its raining, and as an alternative, do a search for Play Groups.

The christmas markets are also a huge hit with the little ones...there are so many people and lights and noises...they have a blast!
I havent taken it before, but isnt there also a christmas train? Im not sure about what you see on it, it might be for the older kids. Anyone know about this?
