when you wake in the morning , just think to yourself " thank fcuk i can get out of bed" people who are disabled and unable to simply get out of bed dress themselves and lead a normal life would gladly swap with someone who is feeling a bit sorry for themselves.

If you're really feeling awful talk to a professional and keep yourself busy. It won't make your life any less useless but it'll keep you occupied so you don't have as much time to think about such things. Spend time helping other people, maybe you feel your life is useless but theirs is not. If nothing else do what you can to help others it will probably make you feel better in the end.
