As an honorary Scotswoman (engaged to Scogs) I wore my Edinburgh tam and scarf today and plan to spend the rest of the day stuck on a broken down escalator

Bloody good plan, get drunk as well, it helps on those things. Oh take a good book as well.

Oooh, it's my name day (and Andrew's and probably others whose real name I don't know). I wonder I can scam any free drinks for it...

Just the tammy and scarf...OOOhhh wish I`d seen that, how was the escalator standing thing then?, bags of fun, meet new friends etc...

I cheated and wore clothes, boots and a coat as well. But German efficiency ruined my carefully-laid plans, I could not find ONE single broken down escalator.

I had as a mark off respect to St. Andy( who never heard of Scotland far less seen it) a lovely pair of Kippers, Arbroth Smokies. Ace. I tried to get on the broken escalator at Sendlinger Tor for a good old stand around, but these yellow wooden things blocked it off. Pity.
