This was the kickoff on Tuesday night. The Political Lounge will take place quarterly in the san franciso coffee company at Odeonsplatz in 2006. The debates are in English.

The small room at the san francisco coffee house was packed last night, but I was told they might consider using the larger room in February in order to accomodate more people comfortably.

The experts from Britain and U.S. were relaxed, good speakers and said what we expected them to say, whereas it was refreshing to note the profundity of some of the comments coming from what seemed to be an intelligent multicultural audience. I'm definitely planning to go to the next Political Lounge in February. Kudos for this great idea!
