To overcome boredom at work that's moving closer to mild depression as the winter progresses, I'm thinking of taking an online creative writing class.
Does anyone have any experience with such classes, and can you recommend/warn me off any?

The
Schöpfer Stammtisch isn't really a class though, we're just a writing workshop, and a very laid back one at that. That said, you're welcome to join us Grenouille. I used to teach poetry workshops so sometimes I act like a teacher (though I try hard not to!)

The London School of Journalism offers one. www.lsj.org. Course are normally around 300 quid. I can't personally recommend it, but a friend did one and she said it was quite good.
