Dog owners beware, poison found in English Garden

Well I will have to agree on this, I have yet to see any German pick up there dog's crap. Every time I see dogcrap on the sidewalk I want to put a Canadian toothpick flag in it...

the fact is that a lot of dog owners don't clear up their dog's shit. I'd certainly give a dog owner a dirty look if he/she didn't.

I think you're generalizing a bit about Germans too. statistically in Munich, I believe about 25% of residents are non-German so it's very likely that the people standing over and watching you, or the ones not picking up their dog's shit, are not all German.

One of the best things about the EngGrdn is seeing the dogs have fun.

I can't see the point of having a pooch if you can't let it off the lead to run free and get up to mischieve once once in a while. A bit like husbands really! I wish!

Incidentally his wouldn't be a problem in Hyde Park. Chavs would be hoovering up the blue powder as we speak.

Not sure whether I am generalising. I have been here for a few years now and I have to say most of them usually have a few unfriendly words to say and I can asure you they are mostly Germans. Sorry but the majority are quite an aggresive bunch.

As for the poisonings the same thing happened in Portland about two summers back. I think 7-9 dogs were poisoned over the summer at Mt Tabor park. The dogs had been poisoned by some fertalizer(sp?) through various dog treats that had been left. As soon as they were able to identify the chemical poison the poisonings stopped.
