o2 Music Flash feat. Kaiser Chiefs. Support by The Cribs (UK).

Wow, that's totally cool. I'd go if I was in Munich (and the wine tasting weren't tonight smile.gif ) I saw them about 6 months ago in Munich. Good concert. The crowd was a little over zealous but the music was good. Same support band. Interesting guys.

It's Georg-Elser-Halle, doors at 7pm. First come, first served.

Who's going? PM me if anyone wants to meet up...?
Wizadora
How early do you think you'd need to be to stand any chance of getting in?
Wibble
I just checked the Georg-Elser Halle and it says this is on tonight

yogi_bear
The concert is only announced just before it happens, its an O2 special event thing
Inflatablewoman
Those poor Italians will be gutted.
Wibble
As long as they are so gutted they decide not to queue for tickets to see the Kaiser Chiefs I'll be happy.
armo27
Chalky, you fool! Now the queue's gonna be twice as long to get in! unsure.gif
Hmmmm, I think I'm gonna aim to get down there for 6ish if I can - I went to see the last free o2 gig when Audioslave played at Zenith and that was pretty full, so I'm not taking any chances with this one!
Does anybody know if it's definite that The Cribs are supporting? There's no mention that I could see on the o2 website.
sabs
might not be A good idea to be telling ppl what time ur getting down there though... remember it's first come first served!!
oh lordie

Good concert. Definitely worth the money and then some.

nadfitz, carrrrie, and ThomasM, nice to meet you (to meet you nice).

There are a couple of photos and a write up on muenchenblogger.de - kaiser chiefs.

Wibble
Have to agree that the Kaiser Chiefs were excellent. The support band weren't bad either although I think their boundless energy came from something more than just adrenalin.

Thanks for posting it here Chalky. Was an excellent way to start the weekend!!!
brokenm
I was locked out with just twenty people ahead of me. Close...but not close enough! And I just read your post EB...they would have let us in if we would have waited a bit more. But I will get my concert fill this weekend with the Arctic Monkeys and the Editors.
