Call the doctor first to make sure he/she has vaccine available. Mine has run out.

Very funny indeed. Please, open a separate thread for your marvellous jokes.

I think places are giving preference to old people, people who work in the medical profession, people how have illnesses that having the flu could have a detremienal effect i.e. people with a statistically a higher risk of getting it and dying.

Actually, I would call around before going anywhere. Last week my doctor had a sign up saying they were doing vaccinations, but that they didn't have anymore flu vaccine, but were expecting some in November. Probably likely to run out as well this month, so try going early on.

Sure ! But can anyone recommend me a good doctor ?

If you do a search, you'll find several threads on it.

Recommend a doctor???
As Seinfeld says "Everyones doctor is The-Best!! "

Usually doctors are pretty highly educated, and I'm sure quite alot of them and their receptionists would speak English, in case you dont speak any German.

As for taking the vaccine out of the bottle and injecting it into you, I'm sure quite alot of them can do it to a high standard.

So pick up a phone book and pick a doctor that is near to where you live or where you work, ring them up and see if they speak english. If they do, then ask about the doctors skill in injecting people etc.

If you need any more help dont hessitate to make another post.

Shame on those people making fun of your post!!! blink.gif
