Health insurance including travel insurance

Hi folks,

I am going to choose my health insurance in a few days and was wondering if I could get a nice one that includes all year round travel insurance, winter sports, air ambulance, etc.

Basically a good insurance for Germany along with a good worldwide travel one.

If your an employee than you should automaticly be covered under public health care.

travel insurance can be bought anywhere and is very cheap.
