In regard to what we'll be making in the Mexican cooking class, here is what Seniorita Cervantes said:

Regarding the class:
I am also interested in attending, but depending on the menu. I am already quite experienced in Mex. cooking, so I don't want to spend this much money only to find out it's making Ceviche or Fajitas etc. I can't seem to find a telephone number on their website (Maybe because I can't read German yet and can't find the link?) So if anyone has any more information could you please help me out? Would love to learn to cook something new.
