Multiple mailing addresses

I've got a bit of a problem with mailing addresses. I maintain several address and it causes no end of confusion with the Germans. Does anyone have any idea how I'd explain the following

Home address Langen

Mailing address Frankfurt - Mail boxes etc account (post office box)

Temporary address

Home address is where we live but because we are only home 2 weekends (or less) per month I have all my mail sent to our Mailboxes etc account. Sometimes I ask people to send mail to our temporary address. It also cause confusion for me at times, as a few address are home but I have the mail forwarded to our mailing address. For example I just put in a change of address for AOK (langen) and today Wifey's card arrived with the Frankfurt address. Some website will allow a different delivery address but others will hold up the delivery till you explain it.

I'd like to be able to say home address but please send all mail to this address?

Any suggestions?

to really confuse things today I just sent out a fax with our frankfurt address for an appointment at our langen address with a Munich telephone number

Postanschrift - mailing address or you could use Zustellanschrift (address for correspondance)
So :

Privatadresse (bitte beachten Sie, diese ist keine Zustellanschrift)
BLAH
BLAH

Postanschrift
BLAH
BLAH

or something.

PS Postbox in German is Postfach.
