As much as we hate to admit it...power, an accent and a decent command of the english language can be a real turn on. He sounds so damn sincere...lying bastard! Yes Blair falls into that mysterious and hard to explain UGLY/SEXY category. Not to mention he had some pretty strong swimmers later in life. Virile I say!

Good call on the Ugly/Sexy thing. Kinda like John Malkovich or David Bowie, who also fall into that category.

And yes, Tony Blair's shaggability has less to do with his looks and more to do with his overall style and charisma. He's an amazing speaker, very eloquent, and the posh accent does help.
