Concert: Wir Sind Helden @ Zenith - Munich

Just picked up the CD. Not bad at all and I am a harsh musik critic...

NOOOO! I can't lose the english population to them as well!!

I actually went to their concert last year because I thought their music was innovative. Turns out, the MUSIC is innovative, if their were a different lead singer. She's a mousy, ratty-haired, whiney brat, and she talked between each song for about 3 minutes. terrible concert

I'd date her...

I disagree I find her very sympatisch and as for talking between songs, so what? Nice to show a bit of personality.

I saw them on concert on TV and even though she was dressed in some rather drab gear I thought her beauty shone through for all to see. I find her quirky.

As for losing someone to a German band, why can't we like both? We live here afterall!

Well, when they play only 10 songs, each consisting of 3 minutes, about half the time is made up of her talking.. I don't buy a 40 € concert ticket to listen to someone lecture me about world politics or tell me the history behind each song

I didn't say anything about losing you to a GERMAN band, just THIS band. They've already captured the Germans, which made me sad, and now they've gained the English crowd too. I like loads of German music.

I saw them in May here in Munich at Tonhalle. great concert. they played for a long time, she didn't talk between songs except to excite the crowd. Looked beautiful and gave a great performance. I think someone is jealous that she is talented and beautiful!!!

And I do like her voice as well. The songs are very catchy and cleverly written.

I'd be her groupie anyday. And her lyrics are quite good so she must have some brain cells too. Music's cool. Nice, catchy rhythm.

Generally I'm not into German bands but I must admit that I quite like the songs that I have heard from both Wir Sind Helden and Juli.

This chick is supposed to be hot?

maybe the hair comment was unnecessary, I think she could wash and style it more often, but mostly I can't stand the sound of her voice.

I especially hate going to a concert and having the feeling that i'm at some politcal rally. Shut up and play!

thanks.. it really was very annoying- my boyfriend and I coudln't wait until it was over.

But the band is actually talented. I just don't like her and she gets all the attention.
