Berlin hotel recommendations?

I've heard that the Spandau is not bad.

Apparently they do very good rates for 60 year stays.

Didn't they tear that one down when the last stammgast left the building in a wooden box?

The last guest walked out didn't he - thought Doenitz was the last man in there, and he spent his last years with his wife and kids... lucky them.
