My friend works for an Indian IT company on Green Card since 3 years. Recently his company decided to change the pay structure from Gross to Net, where the company will pay him some net allowance and he cant claim any tax refunds from the government. The net allowance is much less than, what he is being paid now, and all the guys are looking forward to consult a good lawyer. Any recommendations? Has this happened with any guys here?
