From Salzgitter (Germany):
You cannot see it or smell it, but many experts fear that electrosmog could be damaging our health.

Despite its misleading name, electrosmog has nothing to do with the kind of pollution that fills many cities each summer. It is “the possible effect on health from electric, magnetic or electromagnetic fields from electronic devices, explained Olaf Schulz of the German Federal Office for Radiation Protection here in northern Germany.

The experts said there are two forms of this radiation: low frequency electric and magnetic fields given off by washing machines, vacuum cleaners and dish washers, and high frequency electro-magnetic fields that radiate from mobile phones.

Joachim Gertenbach of the German Federal Association Against Electrosmog, based in Wuppertal, claims: “devices create electro-magnetic fields which can result in headaches, lack of concentration, allergies or immune weakness in people who are electro-sensitive.

He warns of possible “long-term damaging effects of electro-magnetic radiation. Some experts believe it can cause cancer, although there is no scientific proof for this.

More than 6000 doctors in Germany have signed the Freiburger Appeal, calling on their Government to take action in the face of rapidly growing health issues that they attribute to electrosmog:

Fortunately where I live in the sticks we are not expecting electricity until around 2009.

We had a customer whos neighbour complained about a dish we installed, claiming it added to the electrosmog...

After a discussion with her cool.gif she shook her head and headed back into her copper-clad apartment to watch TV and put a ready meal in the Microwave!

Silly bint!

There's booming business in the installation of "Strahlenschutzgittern". Seems like a lucrative bandwagon to me, despite the effectiveness, necessity or otherwise...

Was this the same person in Heimstetten who has a 30k EUR electrosmog barrier in their backyard?
This person was in the papers recently..

In 20 years we'll lookback and see just how wrong al the supposed experts were...
All things that have an electrial system be it battery or mains power gerenate some kind of
electrosmog. The thing is you'd have to be standing/living near something 100x more powerfull
than an MRI machine, without any shielding.. dry.gif

Are these the same doctors who are causing electrosmog by constantly using cell-phones, X-rays, brain-scans etc, etc. yeahh i thought it would be. blink.gif

Nice band name!
Johnny English
Yeah but then they would be the kinda band that would make you feel sick and give you a headache - so I guess a Meatloaf tribute band then?
