The launch party for the new Tommy Hilfiger shop was on Wednesday evening in the store at Weinstr 5. It's just off Marienplatz at the corner where one might turn if going towards Kilian's. Red carpet outside, 6'7" ape guarding the door and lots of pretty people sipping champers inside. Apparently our invite got lost in the post and he wasn't having any of my "Hear me now, me an Tommy is best mates, aiii" line so we didn't make it in.

Shop is on two levels with women's & kids stuff on the ground floor and menswear and some womens upstairs.

Pop along today and you can have a glass of prosecco or somesuch as you shop. No apes in sight. Just very cute & smiley shop assistants, and a DJ upstairs.

Wicked. Me Julie wanted me to wear a g-string, but I said no. I wouldn't even wear one if it was made by Tommy Hilfiger. I ain't no batty boy
