Cheap phone calls from Germany to the UK

I've just got my phone bill for this month and had kittens !! I changed to O2 home zone a while ago so don't have deutsche Festnetz anymore and my Tele 2 doesn't work any more. Does anyone know of a company such as Tele 2 which will accept calling from a mobile?

You need a "callthrough" provider - Checkout www.bluerate.de or for a more complete list here - their rates for calling from a German mobile abroad are MUCH less than the standard mobile rates, but still nowhere close to a call-by-call provider on a non-pre-selection landline... (2.3cent/minute to UK, 2 cent to USA)
