Guilty pleasures

Okay, I'll start by revealing some of mine -

Cosmopolitan magazine (such trash, really!)

Planter's Cheez Balls (used to keep a tin of them hidden in my closet)

The song, "I Would Do Anything for Love (But I Won't Do That)" by Meatloaf (touches my sentimental heart)

Watching Merchant-Ivory films whilst painting my toenails (culture + grooming = fun)

Johnny Walker Red Label (would never be seen drinking this in public, but I love it)

Could never post my secret indulgences on a public forum

Not guilty about any of them

i've kept it quiet for a long long time, but it's time to bring it out in the open
i am secretly a huge fan of DSDS, and can't wait for the next series to start

This brings up an interesting gender issue:
See, you men are all missing the point. To girls, things like eating chocolate chip cookie dough out of the package and watching "M*A*S*H" reruns ARE things we feel (mildly) guilty about.

A guy's idea of a guilty pleasure is far darker, I am sure. I think it probably involves self-gratification whilst watching Barker's Beauties on The Price Is Right, or something of that ilk. And even THAT you probably don't feel overly guilty about.


You are right, my bad - should actually think before typing. It's blended from several different Scottish single malt whiskies, I believe.

Anyone know where to buy Salt & Vinegar Pringles? I met a couple guys from an American army base near Nürnberg who had them but can't find them anywhere else.

I would say that English military pilots are my guilty pleasure, but really I think it's more of a profound weakness of character.

the pringle bit was a quote but I couldnt remember who wanted them, but I never feel actually guilty about group sex, apart from the fact I never seem to get enough of it
