What do you need?
In terms of licences, permits, tax stuff... etc. Do you need to set up a company before u can start?
Well I guess you could just start on ebay, and declare any earnings on your tax return at the end of the year?
Anything more serious than that I think you do need to set up a Gbr or GMBH if you wanna be limited, but unless you are selling anything weird like "fireworks" I dont think you need any special permits.
When you register, you tell them what industry you are in, so they will let you know there and then if you need anything extra.
GMBH's are expensive here compared to a UK Ltd. Admin on all companies is also more of a ball-ache.
