Can any of you marketing gurus translate the following terminology:

- Gesteigerte Wiederverkaufsrate

- Erhöhte Bedarfsdeckung

I'm looking for specific terms which I'm sure exist but can't recall at the moment.

Thanks in advance.

I don't think "Wiederverkaufsrate" is a word - it sounds like it's been translated itself. However, I'd suggest the first is:

"increased re-sell value"

and the second: "improved demand fulfillment"

Loosely translated Wiederverkaufsrate is how often a consumer will continue to buy the same product, except from the point of view of the seller.

The second is in reference to a percentage increase in one product fulfilling more of the needs of one consumer. For example a consumer who used to use Heinz ketchup for french fries and Thomy ketchup for sausages, now uses Heinz for both.

loyalty (customer or product loyalty) ?

Brand loyalty was my suggestion as well but apparently not sufficient enough.

Unless you have plenty of time I wouldn't ponder too much about it and simply go with a generic translation, it should get the concept across:

Gesteigerte Wiederverkaufsrate – increased resell value

Erhöhte Bedarfsdeckung – elevated fulfillment of demand

Thanks for your help.

No, I wouldn't go with the generic translation since then they could just employ a German who speaks good English rather than a mother-tongue speaker. It definitely sounds like brand loyalty and increased customer satisfaction or something to that effect.
