Hey all,
I was just wondering if anyone else went to fitness center world in Leuchtenberg, i seem to be the only foreigner there. If anyone is in this area and needs a gym it is a nice place to go. It isn't very new looking but all the equipment works and the people there are VERY nice.

where is Leuchtenberg?
Maybe she means Leuchtenbergring, but just a guess. It's a large crossroads with a shopping centre, and an S-Bahn stop near Prinzregentenstr if so.
Yeah yeah sorry UrbanAngel is right. It's about a five minute walk from the S-Bahn station... it is also about a 7 minute walk from the Berg Am Liam S-Bahn station...

I go to the Women's Fitness center by Leuchtenbergerring- not many foreigners there either, but I don't care, I still chat to everyone! We get fresh fruit in the sauna on fridays after our workout- we take turns bringing it, and the workers cut it up for us... kind of cute.
Fitness Center World is 9 Truderinger Str. When you get off the S-Bahn in Leuchtenbergring go towards Einstein Str. Take a right at the lights so you are heading towards all the construction. Follow Einstein Str. for about 5 min. you will see a gas station that is not in service and a bus stop on your right... go down the stairs following the signs to Fitness Center World.
The owners are very friendly... they let you try it out just to see if you like it. It is small and definitely has a used feel to it but it has everything you would need. You can get in there and do your workout without talking to anyone or you can chat it up. The people are real friendly... that is why I stayed. Plus.. it isn't as expensive as other gyms I looked at.
It's all just my opinion... but if anyone decides to go there let me know.

I pay 39 Euros... I don't know if there are different prices for different people.. I think I have a student discount
