Amateur musicians in Munich? Chamber Music.

Anyone out there?

Hi there! just wondering if there might be any amateur musicians out there who are interested in playing some chamber music. I could contribute a flute, and maybe a bassoon...

Seems a few TT'ers play an instrument or two. Should organise a jam. Few acoustic instruments in the biergarten would be great fun (but probably illegal)

I'm more into dots and classical than jamming (failed miserably at some jazz attempts a few years back) but I'm open to new experiences and suggestions!

Why would acoustic instruments in the park be illegal? Is that some sort of German law? I certainly see enough middle-class white suburban rasta youths bangin' bongos in the summer at the e-garden, anyway.

Well let me know if you need a singer.

Papillon, I play harp and sing. Let me know!

Do you know any nice pieces for harp and flute? I am told there are loads, but I haven't seen any yet. But I'd be very happy to give it a go!

Hi Papillon,

I wouldn't mind playing a bit of chamber music again - it would involve digging my violin out of its grave and dusting it off, but cutting my nails again aargh! but if you don't mind the odd squeak here and there it might be fun. What level are you - ish?

I play the sax (alto and barritone) and I sing... but no sax here with me!
