Peek in where without tickets? It's a parade through the streets.
I made myself the same question after posting. anyway...
You won't get onto the grandstand without a ticket but you can get a perfect view from the side of the road if you are there early enough or pick a good spot.
Alternatively, watch it on TV, 10am Sunday on ARD (channel 1 usually).

The parade on Saturday is not on TV, only the Trachten- und Schützenzug on Sunday.
