Orthopedic shoe inserts

I have a prescription to get shoe inserts and I was hoping people out there had some addresses for me. I have the card for one place on Hohenzollernstr (Bernhard), but they aren't open on Fridays or Saturdays it seems. Anyone know anyone else with a bit more customer friendly hours?

Some hunches...there is a shop/chemist for this in OEZ. Another place is at Am Knie...no idea what it is called. Another one is in Westend - Ridlerstr 32 or something - orthopaedic specialists.

For some reason my mind is coming up with this name. My physiotherapist mentioned them as a possibility before (I also require inserts but I never wear them )

Is that for running showem or just for everyday? Either way, get a really good Pod to cast them. Maybe in Germany they also do some kind of insurance policy scheme where you can send them back every once in a while for a re-haul?

Good inserts are (I presume) like a good bra (!) You start to rely on them and wouldn't leave home w/o them!

I got mine done on Ostpruessenstr here in Bogenhausen, the people are nice, and I have gone back to get different supports for my ankles. But its out of your way. They are open on saturdays!

Vicar, that's a good question, but I think they will be used for more everyday use, plus the occasional Hash run.

Speaking of which... shouldn't you be tapering for your M*r*thon around the time of our Oktoberfest weekend...?

Maybe ask if you can use everyday ones for running too. Running one's need to be quite tough. Especially if you are Hash Nutcase who likes crashing through timber forest (ps. I got three ticks in my leg that weekend.)

I specifically chose Berlin because its in the middle of the Fest (!) I hurt myself at Fest-time last year and I need to do something constructiver. Regards to Aussie.
