I have been staying in Munich for job attachment but I am planning to go back my country for 3 weeks holidays during the Oktoberfest period. Can you guys advise if I will regret it? Because most probably, I won't be here again for the next or furture Oktoberfest anymore.

yes, you will regret it. Then again, how can you regret something you don't really know?

I'd skip the oktoberfest if I were you, and this is coming from someone who loves to get trashed as often as possible.
I will be there several days this year, however...

I won't be here either - and I do not regret it ... It's every year the same and I got tired of Oktoberfest.

Can you change your plans in any case?
If not, I wouldn't worry about it. Regret is a waste of time.
If you can change your plans and it's something your curious about & would like to check out just for a day or 2, why not just put your holiday back or forwards a few days?

I can change my plans but I am not sure I would enjoy it more here or if I am back home. Basically, I don't know what is the really "enjoable" part of Oktoberfest.

My country is in Asia. It is not really possible for me to come here as I like.

if you dont know what the nice bits are, then why do you think you'll regret it?
how can you regret what you dont know...? and if its you're only ever chance and you dont take it, then no matter how much you regret it, you'll never be able to do it again. if you go and dont like it. then that is called "experiencing something new and not liking it" in the big grown up world.
EDIT, as youre asian you wont enjoy it as youre geneticly not geared up to large amounts of alchol, in fact you'll be pissed and sleeping on the table after one mass. go home, saves the embaressment.
