Ingredients

500g Potatoes
500g apples
2 onions
100g smoked bacon
1\2 litre stock
ground nutmeg
Pepper
salt

okay, peel and slice the potaotes and apples quite small. Chop the onions and cut up the bacon and have the stock ready as you won't have time to do all this once you get the pressure cooker going.

Fry bacon in the pressure cooker (pc) without the pc lid, and then add onions when the bacon is half ready. Fry for about two minutes and then add the potatoes and apples and stock. Add nutmeg and pepper to taste, the salt is in the recipe but when I cooked this last night I found it was too much, you probably get enough salt from the bacon. Stir up and fasten lid and then wait ten minutes.

Vent steam etc and serve. Easy as that.
