My friend just tried to post a 9.00 Euro bid but instead did 900. How does one retract this?
Thanks in advance.

I did this once as well, bid 200 euros for a record instead of 2 euros. Fortunately, no-one else bid on the item.

Ebay also has 24/7 live online support in case you have any future problems.

Along the same lines I dropped a digibox off at the local drop shop to sell and when I checked Friday (Action was to end on Saturday) the only bid was 1€. Can I withdrawal the item after the action ends if the price is too low, I'm not willing to sell it for a dollar. At the same time I got a private offer for 150€.

I took it to the dropshop after not getting any bids on TT or Britboard.

You can close an auction for a number of reasons. For example, if something happened and the item was damaged before the end of the auction, you're allowed to close it since it would be unfair to allow the bidding to continue for a damaged item, so you can just say it's damaged. I don't remember how to do this, though. Check on the Ebay discussion boards. In my experience, the people on the international trading board are the friendliest and most helpful. It doesn't really matter if you go to the US or the UK board (I gave the US one), since it's mainly the same people on both anyway. Good luck, but also remember that your item will likely only get bids in the last day, anyway.
