I'm looking for people to go clubbing

Just restarting the thread, continue all bitching about Munich door policies, crappy & good clubs etc. here:

Was at Club 4004 on Sat night. . . and was fairly impressed.
I was a bit worried about getting in from previous posts. . . but it just seemed
that bouncers were thinning out the 16-17 year olds.

Crowd was still relatively young tho' - around 22-ish I thought.
(I spent about 15 seconds in the dodgy eighties part, so there may have been a
cluster of older people there!)

One of the few clubs in Munich that actually looks like a club, as opposed to
a cow barn with minimal changes to the original decor.

I was a bit worried about my jacket, but since it was a cold night, I brought it along
anyhow. We all stayed 'til the end, and I was happy to see staff still manning the cloakroom at about 4:30 \ 5am- so no jackets on the floor scenario.

Nice that they have that big bar area inbetween all the different 'club' rooms...
Music isn't TOO loud, and one can have a natter without screaming at each other.

I'd give it the thumbs up. cool.gif

Yeah, what you say is generally what I've heard about the club.
Maybe I'll start clubbing in disguise ph34r.gif

Well I got into 4004 on last night (friday). No problems, probably thanks to it being a friday, early and me having 4 girls with me!
Was a really nice club. So many places to sit and chill and half decent choice of music. It was just a shame that the "techno" room seemed to have the bass turned up to max and the mid and treble turned off!
An enjoyable night, I hope I get in again!

Hey Big C,
So, you finally managed to visite the 4004!! Congratulations. All times I've been there the bas was way too loud. Asked the DJ to change the settings and he was like "it's all computer-controlled, can't change it"... sooooo pethetic
sparty
If that's the fact then I'd say he is not entitled to "DJ"...

I went to last night. Don't know if anybody has heard of it/been there yet. I would say it's a rather small club next to where the Die Registratur is - I think it was probably the same building (not so sure though cause I wasn't that sober anymore dry.gif ...)

We were in a group of 9 people and even though the bouncer was first hesitating about letting us in because we were so many he let us pass eventually...
The venue was quite cool cause it's actually in an old canteen where most of the canteen equipment is still left in. And they had big video installations which were quite cool to watch -probably even when you're not drunk. There were two DJs that were playing some bigbeat and breakbeat stuff - not as good as at The Garden the other week though. But still good enough to go there again at some point.

Wow. KJM are super. Might even come out of retirement for this one...

hey, GreenCurry, I love Harry Klein. one of my favs. here. good music. good people. but, nevertheless, a little shady. also, its in the same area as some of the afterhours clubs, so if your not finishedd dancing at 6 when the club closes, you are just steps aways from a true all-nighter. and, Im going to the registrature this weekend, i think, so ill let you konw further...
