Why do you need Pediasure? Is it for yourself or for a baby? How old is the baby? There are many things on the market to replace almost everything.
Yes, this is for my Baby who is 16months old.

We were able to get something like pediasure at the Apotheke- its the same with the electrolytes and salts, it just comes in powder packets you mix with water. Every Apotheke should have them.
edit: oops- just noticed you wanted pediaSURE and not pediaLYTE. sorry about that!

some apothekes can order pediasure for you, but its supposedly expensive and comes in gynormous IV type bags - the contents have to be consumed within 48 hours. Its also available from the military bases, but really your best bet is to switch formulas if possible.
Good luck!
