What do you mean? It sounds to me like there's no agency fee. I think that can only be a good thing.

Just means the owners themselves are advertising or the flat is available direct from the Hausverwaltung.

2. Thalkirchen-Obersendling
3.Trudering-Riem

Which one...I need something central...what would you say...

Of the three I would NOT move to Trudering-Riem. Quite boring and mono-cultural.

Those two areas are actually very close to one another. Best to just take a look and walk/drive around a bit.

None of them are central. That's probably why it's provisionsfrei.

If it's near Thalkirchen station I'd live there. Quite a few of my friends live in the area. It's close to the river but also quick into town. Quieter than Schwabing but still some nice places around. The Thalkirchen-Harras area is the new Glockenbach!

i thought Giesing was the new glockenbach?

Depends what ends of those places. I have a friend who lives on Hansastr, Sendling, which is near to the S and U Bahn, near to Westend etc. Depends where you'll be working, what you're looking for.. There are also horrible parts to those places.

All the "sisters" I know who haven't lived in Glockenbach as long as I have seem to be drifting towards that Westend-Harras-thalkirchen area cos GBV is getting yuppified.
