closest runway to the Airport business park, not sure which one that is
Is that by Halbergmoos? In which case it would have been the south runway, which is good because if I had gone I'd have gone to the north runway.

Finally, the second picture (where you can see the people on the ground next to it) puts it's size into perspective. Pictures of it flying just make it look like a normal airplane.

It's interesting to see the FAA has regulations covering the use of hot tubs on aircraft. Sadly even if you've got $400million+ in the bank you won't be able to use this to fly to many billionaires' favourite destinations as the runways are too short. Asked whether an A380 could try to fly into Aspen, Mr Leahy [Airbus’s chief commercial officer] said: “Only once.�

One of Lufthansa's A380s will be named after Munich. LH traditionally names its planes after major German cities, the first "München" was a Boeing 707, christened in 1960.
