The animal park in Poing

Hi am planning a trip to the animal park in Poing sometime next week with the kids (4 and 19 months). Am flexible about the day. Would anyone like to meet_

that animal park in poing is a great place
i'll be at work that day, so I can't come along, but it's a fab day out, specially for kids

We are going with the English day camp on Tuesday.. so there will be alot of English speaking children around on that day... would be a good day to go...

We will also be going with a camp of English and German speakers. It will be nice to hear a little more English. Although we are picking up key words and phrases fast here and we have only been here one month.

Is the Wildpark Poing trip still on ? What day will it be ? What time ?

Just a note of caution:
We love the Poing Animal Park -- but last time we were there my daughter was bitten by a pig. Not a wild boar, but a common domestic pig.

She was feeding them the last of the futter out of her bag, and one piggy got hold of her thumb. It broke the skin so she had to get a shot.

Sometimes the animals can get a little aggressive out there when kids are feeding them and poking fingers through the fence. Of course, it's totally accidental but it can kinda ruin your day.

The Fence is there for a reason. Most people dump the bag over the fence, Little ones could throw stuff over the fence, but I'd never let'em put their finger thru the fence..
