I've not been in Munich for long (maybe 10 days). But I have yet to see a single Chav. I almost miss them. Almost.

It's hard to say this without sounding like a Nazi, racist, xenophobe or general wanker, but (here in Freising at least) there is one particular predominant minority nationality that dresses somewhat similar. Not as OTT as an actual Wayne, but they all have the baseball caps, have some jewellery and often wear baggy clothing. No hoodies though .

Edit: The point is that chavs aren't necessarily working class and the working class aren't necessarily chavs. Chavs are chavs. Chavs make Britain dangerous and miserable.

Chavs are undoubtedly Europe's most entertaining cast of untouchables - nobody does it better.

Chav is a slang term in popular usage throughout the United Kingdom, and is sometimes used in a derogatory fashion. It refers to a subculture stereotype of a person who is uneducated, uncultured and prone to antisocial or immoral behaviour. The label is typically, though not exclusively, applied to teenagers and young adults of working class or lower-middle class origin. Chav is used for both sexes; a male chav may sometimes be referred to as a chavster and a female as a chavette. It is similar to the United States terms white trash, (although many Chavs are part of multi-ethnic inner city communities like London council estates) and trailer trash or the Australian bogan.
