Does anybody know where I could find Kelloggs All Bran Flakes or something similar, for example like the shredded wheat they have from Sainsburys?
Has anyone tried "Kelloggs Vollkorn Cornflakes". Is it the same thing?

well, Kellog's of Germany sell All Bran here, so I would assume you can get in any well stocked supermarket.
Have a look at http://www.kellogs.de for a list of products sold here in Germany (you have to click on "Deutschland" then on "Familien & Erwachsener")
I have tried the Vollkornflakes and they are quite nice, though not the same at all as All Bran.

The Vollkorn Cornflakes are nice but Bran Flakes they are not.
They have whole wheat (65%) and bran (21%) whereas
has 85% bran in it.
Taste nice though, bit nutty.
I've only seen All-Bran in very very big supermarkets to tell you the truth.

As have not seen All Bran in a regular supermarket, but I did find it at Kaufhoff and Hertie food sections. It's the same price at both places, around 2.50.
It was hard to find bran here, it's like the Germans don't give a shit about being regular.

They are probably worried about the backfire from the inspection pan. Could explain why "Colon Blast 5000" never took off here.

Thanks guys. I'll dash off to Hertie after work and see if they have some.
It really is the best thing to keep you regular the natural way, dont you think?

Tastes good too, and can keep you thin. I ate almost nothing but Raisin Bran smothered in sugar for months in college (because I was broke and couldn't cook). I weighed about 90lbs.

You can get Bran Flakes, amongst other cereals, at HIT on Rosenheimerplatz

Are you sure, g_g? I don't go to HIT but if they sell them there then it must be the only place in Munich that does. I have just made do with the Vollkornflakes, and the Kellogs website linked above certainly doesn't mention Bran Flakes.
And I suppose nobody has managed to find Shreddies either?
