It's 31 degrees C in my office. "Aircon is not healthy."
Too hot to work, so let's play
Google Earth tag instead. First person to correctly identify this location gets to choose the next. Please stick within the high-res image of Munich and outskirts.
Clue: Aladdin Sane, track three.

This one on Keydeck's behalf.
Just also discovered that you can get the same map in your browser via
Google Maps - choose the Satellite view, drag the map around until Munich is central and zoom in.
Meanwhile Keydeck's spot, or at least the most interesting part...

How do you get Munich on Google Maps? I can't get it out of the US?
Is it the Hypovereinsbank?
benpanter
Jul 29 2005, 5:37 pm
I reckon it might be the Merc building that looks like a matchbox display. Somewhere on the road out to Garmisch-Partnerkirchen?
The maps bit of google maps doesn't cover europe, but the sattellite coverage does.

Small Town Boy

Pretty limited definition of 'Munich' you have there, especially as your initial guess was the airport, which is at least as far away from the centre of Munich as Dachau is.
